The huge spotlight on the menopause in the media over the past few years especially has led to more open discussion and acceptance of seeking help. At the same time, this increase in information can be confusing and overwhelming for clients, and it makes sense for them to turn to hypnotherapy for high quality, informed support.
Through popular demand this CPD is being run again. In this one-day CPD you will have the opportunity to better understand some of the core concepts of menopause, menopausal symptoms and treatments so that you're in a position to work safely and knowledgeably with both clients and the broader healthcare team. Using this foundation, we will then explore approaches to your solution focused practice which will enhance your ability to support the client in sessions, increasing your confidence and resources to deliver safe, effective hypnotherapy support within the menopause setting.

What some participants said about this CPD:
An excellent session. Thank you. As a busy GP I found this useful and informative. Giving patients some empowering tools to allow time and space for us all to find peace and gain perspective. Dr Kate King
I really enjoyed this event. I've been working with menopausal women for a while but felt there were maybe some gaps in my knowledge - which was the reason I signed up. The course delivered so much information which will help me to feel more confident in what I'm offering and improve the way I can support clients struggling with menopause. In addition there were lots of different suggestions and ideas for expanding and growing this work and I left with lots of ideas fizzing away in my mind - I'm excited about what I can do!It was lovely working in such a small group and I really appreciated the contribution, ideas and support of the others. She was a wonderful tutor and her way of delivering the course really suited me. I appreciated not only the clear, calm and knowledgeable way she delivered information, but her warmth, generosity and the way she included everyone. It was a very gentle and supportive way of learning - and very effective too. Thank you. Elaine Collins
Very informative, worth the money. Every part has been very informative, such as the 4 P's, pacing, the Pomodoro technique, hypnotic intervention, and the language patterns. Carol Kape
I found this training very informative and useful for myself but also as a potential tool to help clients. She was very knowledgeable, and I enjoyed her company too. If there is a follow-up, I would not hesitate to book another training. Iva Hittmair
